Our domain provides rewarding work that contributes to the latest advancements being made in the missile defense industry.\n\nThis position will work a day shift Monday-Thursday 6 am to 4:30 pm schedule.\n\nJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\n\n * Responsible for quality of the product by performing both in-process and final part inspections\n * Care and maintenance of the equipment\n * Assuring tooling and materials readiness\n * Maintaining a clean and safe work environment\n * Provide training to others in all aspects of CNC equipment setup, operations, and maintenance\n * Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with others at all levels of the organization\n * Proven track record training mid to upper skill level machine operators\n * Strong attention to detail and accuracy\n * Ability to prioritize\n * Excellent time management skills\n * Ability to work independently Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, diverse environment\n * Initiative, self-starter, adaptable, and high motivation for excellence\n * High energy, results oriented, self-motivated / self-reliant, team player \n * Other duties as assigned\n\n\n\nWhy you? Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
