Job Description - Machinist

CNC/Manual Grinder – Job Description:

• Set up and operate Toyoda CNC and manual grinding machines

• Perform chrome grinding on aerospace components

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications

• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

• Ensure quality and accuracy in accordance with aerospace standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Troubleshoot machine and grinding process issues as needed

Requirements

âï¸ Requirements:

• Prior experience in aerospace machining required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC or manual grinding

• Familiarity with chrome grinding and other specialized techniques

• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
