Hotel Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities and equipment

- Conduct deep cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- Organize maintenance supplies and ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained

- Remove and repair furniture as needed, including furniture removal and installation

- Address general repair tasks across the property, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests to resolve issues efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Skills and Qualifications:
