Job Description - Maintenance

performs basic upkeep and repair tasks to keep a hotel in good condition. Typical duties include:

Replacing light bulbs and batteries

Painting and touch-up work

Minor plumbing repairs (fixing leaks, unclogging drains)

Basic electrical tasks (changing outlets, switches, or fixtures when qualified)

Cleaning and maintaining common areas

Assembling furniture or equipment

Performing routine inspections of facilities

Landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal

Moving supplies and equipment

Reporting major maintenance issues that require specialized repairs
