The Position

We’re seeking a part-time Maintenance team member to support the upkeep of our Rome, GA site. This role exists to keep the building safe, functional, and ready for customers and staff.

Key responsibilities include routine building maintenance across plumbing, basic electrical, and carpentry; painting and drywall repair; and basic HVAC preventative maintenance. You’ll troubleshoot issues, use hand and power tools safely, follow established safety protocols, and handle materials up to 50 lbs.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Basic building maintenance experience or training (plumbing/electrical/carpentry)
- Painting and drywall repair skills
- HVAC preventative maintenance basics
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Safe tool use and consistent adherence to safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

A Typical Shift

You’ll arrive, check in on any open items, and plan your time around what needs attention most. Some days are quiet and steady—perfect for knocking out small fixes—while others require quick pivots when something unexpected comes up. You’ll coordinate around onsite activity, keep your workspace organized, and wrap up by confirming the area is left clean, safe, and ready for the next day. With a flexible, part-time schedule, you can often arrange hours that fit evenings or weekends as needed.
