Maintenance and Landscaping

Description of the role:

The Maintenance and Landscaping position at Dennis Dillon Auto Group involves ensuring the upkeep and appearance of the facilities and outdoor areas. Looking for dependable and experienced individuals to maintain multiple facilities.  Applicants to have general working knowledge of HVAC, electrical theory, and plumbing, and Irrigation/ sprinkler systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities.


• Caring for outdoor landscaping including mowing, trimming, and planting.


• Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.


• Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping preferred.


• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.


• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
