The Robert R. Position Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the planning, execution, and completion of facility improvement, renovation, and maintenance projects across the organization. This hands-on role assists with general construction, repairs, and building maintenance while helping ensure facilities, equipment, and work areas are safe, organized, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and enjoys working on a variety of projects in a collaborative team environment.
Essential Functions

Education: Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance preferred

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including but not limited to offices, utility spaces, public facilities, and park grounds. The position requires working in varying weather conditions and may involve exposure to, dust, dirt, noise, and mechanical equipment. The role is physically demanding and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
