Maintenance Associate

Overview:

• The Entry-Level Maintenance / Handyman will assist with general maintenance tasks and minor facility and kitchen repairs at our markets and commissary. 
• This position is ideal for someone with basic repair and mechanical knowledge who is eager to learn and grow within the company.

Schedule:

• This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour work week. 
• The Maintenance employee will report daily to the Facilities Manager at the Madison Avenue location. 
• Open availability-weekdays and weekends needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic repairs and maintenance at our markets and commissary locations
• Assist with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and lighting tasks
• Help with equipment upkeep and preventative maintenance
• Learn to diagnose and report mechanical issues
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards at all times
• Help maintain the inventory of tools and supplies
• Support the team with daily repair needs and special projects

Qualifications & Skills:

• Some experience or general knowledge in maintenance, repairs, or mechanical work
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic communication and organizational skills
• Eager to learn and grow into a long-term maintenance role
