Job Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in the general maintenance field


• Experience with sheet rock repairs, painting, carpentry, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.


• Able to work weekends, holidays, and on call rotation


• Able to work interdependently and as part of a team


• Excellent work ethic, self motivated


• Excellent communication skills


• Able to complete work orders using a mobile App


• Highly organized


• Interested in learning and growing your skill set


• Must have reliable transportation.
