Job Title: Maintenance Delivery

Location: Chino, California
Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Visual Inspection & Routine Quality Control: Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to inspect incoming or customer-returned smart hardware devices (such as AR glasses and accessories). Identify physical defects including scratches, damage, stains, or signs of liquid ingress.

• Basic Functional Testing: Use standard testing fixtures or dedicated software tools to perform basic functionality checks, including power-on tests, button responsiveness, audio/visual display verification, and interface connectivity testing. This role does not involve device disassembly or board-level repair.

• System Maintenance Operations: Follow SOP guidelines to use designated PC-based software tools for factory resets, fault code retrieval and documentation, firmware flashing, and basic firmware upgrades.

• Exception Sorting & Handover: Label and segregate devices that fail quality inspection, accurately document observed issues (e.g., "display artifacts" or "fails to power on"), and properly transfer them to technical specialists for further diagnosis and repair.

• Cleaning & System Data Entry: Perform basic dust-free cleaning of inspected devices, accurately scan device serial numbers (SNs), and record test results and device status in the management system.

About You:

• Computer Skills & Attention to Detail: Basic proficiency in computer and peripheral operations, including barcode scanners and data-entry systems. Detail-oriented, patient, and capable of strictly adhering to SOPs to ensure accurate inspections and records.

• Problem Detection & Communication: Ability to recognize abnormal device behavior (e.g., display defects, unresponsive buttons) and clearly communicate observed issues to technical personnel for further investigation.
