Maintenance (H)

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Maintenance responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patrons across multiple parking facilities. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain three parking garages to ensure overall cleanliness and safety Pick up trash and remove debris, including any hazardous materials, in a timely manner Maintain restrooms in clean, sanitary, and safe condition Perform routine inspections to identify cleanliness or safety concerns Follow all safety guidelines and report any maintenance or hazard issues promptly

Pay:  $20.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• Sweep, pick up litter, and remove debris from parking lots, garages, sidewalks, and entryways
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins; replace liners as needed
• Clean oil spills, stains, and other hazardous materials using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions
• Power wash surfaces when required to maintain cleanliness and appearance
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of stairwells, elevators, and pedestrian areas within parking facilities
• Report maintenance issues such as broken lights, damaged signage, potholes, or safety hazards
• Remove graffiti or report it for further action
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while handling cleaning materials
• Assist with seasonal duties such as leaf removal, snow clearing, or de-icing walkways
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous janitorial, maintenance, or outdoor cleaning experience is a plus
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment (e.g., pressure washers, leaf blowers, sweepers)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
