Serra CDJR Lake Orion is seeking a reliable and skilled  Maintenance/Handyman to join our team in Lake Orion, MI. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, painting, and minor carpentry work.


• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance.


• Assist with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs as needed.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage spaces.


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently.


• Collaborate with management to prioritize maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related fields.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
