Maintenance Make Ready/Groundskeeper

An Apartment Make Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents.

1. Cleaning: Ensuring the apartment is clean and presentable, including tasks like vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning.


2. General Maintenance: Performing repairs and maintenance tasks


3. Inspection: Checking all appliances, fixtures, and systems to ensure they are in working order.


4. Repairs: Addressing any issues found during inspections, such as fixing leaks, replacing broken fixtures, or repairing damaged walls.


5. Groundskeeping: Sometimes includes maintaining the exterior areas, such as landscaping and pool maintenance.


6. Documentation: Keeping accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs completed
