Maintenance Manager

Position: Full-Time, Exempt, 12-Month

Reports to: Director of Facilities

Location: Solebury School, New Hope, PA

Salary Range: $67,000-$72,000 annually + benefits

Solebury School (New Hope, PA) is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our Facilities team and play an important role in caring for our beautiful campus and the community that calls it home. From keeping our buildings running smoothly to responding to the unexpected, the work of our Facilities team touches nearly every part of daily life at Solebury.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and likes being part of a team. Working closely with the Director of Facilities, the Manager will help lead and support our maintenance team, coordinate work order assignments and preventative maintenance to staff, manage supplies and inventory, work with vendors, assist with budgeting, and personally jump in to troubleshoot and complete maintenance projects across campus.

We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience who brings strong practical skills, good judgment, reliability, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. Demonstrated knowledge of any of the trades- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems is a plus, and independent school experience is strongly preferred.
