Job Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic at Anita’s Mexican Foods is responsible for maintaining the reliability and safety of all production and facility equipment. This hands-on role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting high-speed food production operations to minimize downtime and ensure efficient performance.
The ideal candidate is a mechanically skilled professional who takes pride in equipment reliability and works safely within GMP and food manufacturing standards.

Schedule: 3rd Shift (9:00 pm - 5:00 am)
** Will train on 1st shift (5:00 am - 1:00 pm) for the first few weeks, then transition to 3rd shift schedule.
**Flexible schedule/including weekends

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:
PPE - Hair and beard net, chemical-resistant and anti-slippery rubber boots, safety glasses, face shield, earplugs, bump hard cap, chemical-resistant overalls and gloves with long sleeves, and apron.
