Maintenance Mechanic

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll support the operation and upkeep of building systems across our four Everett sites. Your work will ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient facility for all employees. In this role, you will:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including VAV boxes, humidifiers, exhaust fans, scrubbers, portable chillers, boilers, air compressors, and rooftop units.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems including potable water, industrial water, DI water, compressed air, process piping, and sanitary waste systems.
• Troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including 120V, 208V, and 480V three-phase power, lighting, electrical distribution equipment, fire alarm systems, and basic low-voltage systems.
• Maintain and service facility process systems including chilled water loops, compressed air systems, and specialty gas distribution systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and process engineering teams to support equipment installations, relocations, and facility modifications using hoists, dollies, rollers, forklifts, and other rigging equipment.
• Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to receive, document, and complete assigned work orders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, piping diagrams, and construction drawings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify corrective repairs to ensure reliable operation of building infrastructure and utility systems.
• Perform general building maintenance and light construction tasks as needed.
