Position Summary:
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for routine and unexpected maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the facilities and equipment at Graham. This includes buildings and grounds, mobile equipment, fixed machines and equipment, mobile machinery and a range of powered and hand tools. The employee reports to the Lead Maintenance Mechanic and will work with them at times to complete maintenance tasks. The employee will also be required to work with and oversee specialized contractors for completion of work on campus. This is a position with room for employee growth as they become experienced with the operation and maintenance of a wide range of fabrication equipment and facilities.

7. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and repair powered and manually operated hand tools such as drills, grinders, etc.
8. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and repair machine equipment including manual and CNC controlled.
9. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and repair welding machines and accessory equipment.
10. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and repair analog and digital electrical systems.
11. Ability to successfully plan, self-direct, and implement objectives within established timelines and work schedules.
12. Basic computer skills required to enter information into work order and maintenance database systems.
13. Maintain current technical knowledge pertaining to position; demonstrates comprehensive, flexible range of skills and abilities; seeks to enhance skills and abilities through cross training and educational development.
