Maintenance Mechanic 3rds, Asheville, NC

We are hiring a 3rd Shift hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (120V–480V), and pneumatic systems
• Maintain production equipment and facility systems
• Inspect hot fill equipment and identify repair needs
• Order and replace parts as needed
• Support equipment installation, testing, and startup
• Follow all safety, quality, and SQF standards
• Document maintenance work and inspections

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Good communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:
