Maintenance Personnel

Essential Functions

· Ensure proper care of lawn and trees.

· Operate a riding lawnmower

· Operate a weed trimmer

· Utilize various hand tools and power tools

· Removal of weeds and spraying to prevent weeds

· Snow removal in the winter time with plow, snowblower or snow shovel

· Light maintenance in buildings including but not limited to drywall repair and painting.

· Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

· Obtain quotes for work needed on grounds by outside vendors.

· Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Good time management and organization skills

· Good problem solving skills

· Able to work with minimal direct supervision.

· Ability to change as the job changes.

· Other duties as assigned

Required Experience, Education, Certification

· High school diploma or GED

· Valid drivers license

· Previous maintenance or groundskeeping experience.
