Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner role involves overseeing and optimizing plant maintenance activities. The responsibilities include processing and prioritizing work orders, determining the best approach for work order completion, estimating resource requirements, and serving as a liaison between production, engineering, and maintenance teams. This role aims to maximize equipment reliability through planned maintenance, minimize downtime, and maintain records for analysis. The position requires working on the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, managing parts inventory, and adhering to the maintenance budget.
