Maintenance Service Technician I

Position Overview:

• Assisting maintenance team with completing service tickets and turns
• Utilize property management software for completion of service tickets
• Responsible for keeping excellent curb appeal
• Walk grounds daily for trash collection, pet waste removal, and cleaning of dumpster
• Work will include being in the elements for several hours a day
• Seasonal snow removal (may be required to stay overnight onsite for emergency snow removal based on driving conditions)
• Weekly on-call with a rotating schedule
• Maintain pet waste stations, dog park, and breezeways with the use of a blower
• Daily salt water pool maintenance
• Support Service Manager based on property needs

• 2 years of Apartment Maintenance experience
• Great Customer Service Skills
• Great attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficient in the areas of plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, minor carpentry, or a skill set that shows an aptitude to learn these skills
• Professional appearance a must
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Driver's license and car
• EPA certification and CPO preferred
• Experience in heat pumps preferred
