Maintenance Specialist

Hahn’s of Westminster is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team!

This role is key in supporting the daily operations of our value-added meat processing and retail business. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our food processing equipment, retail store equipment, and related facilities.

Your expertise will help prevent downtime, improve efficiency, and maintain a safe working environment. This full-time union position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced setting dedicated to continuous improvement.

• Must be at-least 18 years old (Required)
• Must have at-least 1-2 years of relevant work experience (Required)
• Safely lift 50lbs from surfaces of varying heights without assistance (Required)
• Have reliable transportation to work (Required)
• Must be comfortable working weekends and being on-call, as needed (Required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools and systems
