Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Topeka, KS. The ideal candidate will be highly responsive to building and household maintenance issues, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operating efficiently. This role requires a valid Kansas driver's license.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to building and household maintenance requests and issues


• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations


• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Dependable and hard-working with a strong work ethic


• Valid Kansas driver's license required


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to maintenance issues


• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with vendors.


• Experience in building and household maintenance preferred
