Maintenance Staff/Janitor

·         Cleaning of windows and window sills in elevator and maintenance building.

·         Performs vacuuming, sweeping, mopping of floors, and stairs as necessary.

·         Wears proper protection equipment when necessary.

·         Maintains proper labeling and usage of all cleaning agents.

·         Maintains the janitor closet in a clean and organized manner.

·         General maintenance of grounds, docks and vessels.

·         Performs routine electrical repairs such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent lamps.

·         Clean and sanitize bathrooms.

·         Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves and refrigerators in lunch room.

·         Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners and clean receptacles as necessary.

·         All other duties as assigned.
