Maintenance Supervisor - 1st Shift - Direct Hire

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a direct hire day shift opportunity with highly competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the daily activities of maintenance employees; 8-12 direct reports
  


• Work with operations, maintenance, and management to track, trend, report, and take effective corrective actions regarding equipment failures
  


• Work plan development
  


• Implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials
  


• Implement training programs to improve work performance
  


• Other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• A.S. degree or 4+ years of management experience in a Maintenance field; B.S. degree preferred
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project Management, etc..
