About the role
This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to support safe, uninterrupted foundry operations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on foundry equipment and machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues as they arise
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and work to minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to work M-F in person
Work schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift
