Maintenance Tech

We’re looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in plumbing, HVAC, and general facility maintenance to join our team.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling a wide range of maintenance challenges. From repairing plumbing issues and maintaining HVAC systems to completing general building repairs, you’ll be a key part of keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment
• Complete general building maintenance and repairs (carpentry, electrical, painting, drywall, etc.)
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of building systems and mechanical equipment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
