## \nCompany:\n\nQualcomm Incorporated\n\n## Job Area:\n\nFacilities \u0026 Security Group, Facilities \u0026 Security Group \u003e Maintenance Technician\n\nGeneral Summary:\n\nGeneral maintenance experience preferably in commercial environments related to repairs and maintenance of the interior and exterior building systems. This includes but is not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing piping repair, plumbing fixture installations and repairs, snaking drains, suspended ceiling reconfiguration and repair, flooring installation and repair, adjusting interior and exterior doors, minor cabinet repair, hanging items on walls.\n\nProficient in the use of a variety of hand and power tools.\n\nBasic computer skills are needed to navigate our systems.\n\nWilling to be on an 24/7 afterhours on call rotation.\n\nClean DMV record.\n\nWilling to drive a personal vehicle to complete daily assignments.\n\n \n\n\nSkills/Experience:\n\nGeneral maintenance experience preferably in a commercial environment. Proficient in the use of a variety of hand and power tools. Good customer service skills are a must.\n\n \n\n\nAdditional Skills:\n\nAbility to read and understand building blueprints a plus. \n \nComputer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, \netc. \n\n\nEducation Requirements:\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 High School Diploma or equivalent. \n\u2022 2+ years of Maintenance Technician or related work experience.\n\nApplicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
