What You’ll Be Doing:

• Repairs & Maintenance: Handle a variety of tasks, from carpentry to painting.
• Troubleshooting: Address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as they arise.
• Property Care: Maintain clean, organized spaces in all properties.
• Problem-Solving: Use your expertise to efficiently solve maintenance challenges.
• Tool Management: Keep tools and equipment in top condition and ready to use.
