Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM 7:00 AM) (Night Shift Only)

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, and other machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using systematic methodologies.
• Replace and align mechanical drive systems and other failed components.
• Maintain lubrication requirements for machinery and adjust equipment to operational standards.
• Test electrical systems using devices like ohmmeters and voltmeters.
• Install, repair, or replace electrical components, including wiring, switch boxes, and lighting fixtures.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Recommend procedural or process changes based on equipment performance.
• Accurately maintain maintenance records to establish historical data for future needs.
• Contribute to team problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

Training & Mentorship

• Mentored and trained junior technicians and operators in equipment maintenance and best practices.
• Support team growth by sharing expertise and fostering collaboration.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience or equivalent skills.

Technical Skills

• Strong mechanical and electrical background.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and precision measuring devices.
• Comfortable using shop equipment like drill presses, band saws, and power tools.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMMS systems.

Other Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Certification testing completion (if applicable).
