Description
Performs all maintenance required to apartments, rental homes, and buildings of properties managed by KMB in such a way that units are ready to move in, deferred maintenance does not occur, and work requests made by tenants and owners are completed with good workmanship and in a timely manner.
Requirements
· Perform apartment maintenance in response to work requests placed by tenants.
· Perform preventative maintenance in units and at properties as directed.
· Respond to emergency calls involving no heat, flooding, and electrical concerns immediately.
· Perform maintenance, restoration and remodel to units after move-out and prior to the new resident moving in.
· Perform all necessary documentation of time, materials used, and description of work performed.
· Attend regular progress meetings intended to build communication and strategize work load.
· Perform unit inspections and document results and conditions which may include but is not limited to:
1. Lender Inspections
2. Owner Inspections
3. City and other municipality inspections
· Perform snow removal
· Perform landscaping inspections and pick up trash
· Regularly walk vacant units for the property condition reports and for ensuring that units are move-in ready.
· Other duties as assigned.

Reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor; who will assign and direct tasks daily.
