Ermak Foundry is seeking a highly skilled, technically minded Maintenance Technician who values ingenuity, flexibility, and a willingness to repair and rebuild. This role is ideal for a dedicated individual who enjoys working with equipment that needs TLC in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

· Keeping machinery running, with little or no documentation

· Execute against a preventative maintenance schedule

· Maintain spare parts inventory

· Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot, solve problems, and optimize processes.

· Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and safe workflow.

Requirements:

· Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· U.S. citizenship or documented residency.

· Must be 18+ years old.

· Familiarity with computer systems and software is required.

· No experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
