Maintenance Technician

 Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our homes and properties safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role supports day-to-day upkeep across multiple locations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with basic repairs such as drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and general upkeep 
• Help maintain company vehicles (routine checks, basic maintenance, coordinating repairs) 
• Perform regular property checks to ensure safety and quality standards 
• Complete yard work to keep properties looking clean and presentable (mowing, trimming, etc.) 
• Handle minor appliance repairs (dishwashers, washers, dryers) 
• Support general maintenance projects as needed 
• Take photos and update work orders using a tablet or iPad 
• Be part of an on-call rotation for urgent maintenance needs 

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of maintenance or handyman experience preferred 
• Basic skills in carpentry, painting, and general repairs 
• Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks 
• Comfortable using basic technology (tablet/iPad for reporting) 
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with team members and clients 

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to be on-call as scheduled (including nights/weekends for emergencies) 

Physical & Work Environment

• Regular walking, bending, lifting, and outdoor work 
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions 
• Occasional overtime or non-standard hours depending on project needs
