Maintenance Technician – TPI Hospitality

Location: Home2 Suites by Hilton – Roseville, MN

Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Weekend flexibility required

Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience

Job Requirements:
• Experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude
• Must be able to assist with snow removal, including snowblowing and shoveling
• Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to help with general hotel maintenance and other tasks as needed

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests


•  Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs


•  Conduct regular inspections on guest rooms, public areas, and equipment


•  Fix plumbing leaks, electrical issues, lighting, kitchen appliances and assist with painting, drywall repair, flooring, etc.


•  Maintain a safe environment for guests and associates


•  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
