Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating and cooling, ventilation, roofing and lockset re-keying.
- Inspect building and equipment for needed repairs and maintenance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.
- Repair and install water supply, drain lines, valves, and natural gas lines.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC systems and equipment including changing filers.
- Additional responsibilities include general maintenance duties such as snow removal and salting sidewalks.
- Perform duties in commercial buildings and properties including office and warehouse spaces.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience with building management and/or maintenance.
- Must be "hands on"
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercial electrical experience preferred.
- Valid unrestricted drivers license.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
- Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly required to talk and/or hear to communicate with co-workers, managers, customers, and/or vendors.
- Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery.
- Frequently required to bend, twist, turn, kneel, and/or squat.
- Frequently required to stand and/or walk on various terrains.
- Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.

Pay:
- $20.50 - $24.00 + based on experience
