Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to work 3rd shift in our Elkhart, IN facility who takes pride in keeping equipment operating at peak performance and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation
Compensation is $29.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience, and includes eligibility for a $1.50 per hour third-shift differential.

What You'll Do
- Perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance on production and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to restore it to "as-built" condition
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established schedules
- Monitor machine performance and assist in developing preventive maintenance programs
- Support machine modifications and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure equipment complies with quality system procedures and work instructions
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, National Electrical Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and company safety requirements
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across departments
What You Bring
- High School Diploma and three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience, OR Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electronics, or a related field
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
- Ability to read mechanical drawing and electrical schematics.
- Understanding of digital and analog servo systems
- Experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of soldering, ARC welding, and MIG welding
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with a variety of people
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to operate motorized vehicles, including forklifts and elevated work platforms
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, including LOTO procedures and PPE usage
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs.
- Ability to move freely throughout manufacturing plants, facilities, and grounds
