Position Overview

1st Shift Maintenance Technician

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced, well-rounded maintenance technician who wants 1st shift, a 4-day work week, competitive pay, limited overtime, and long-term stability.

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday
• Hours: 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Pay: $28–$32/hour
• Open to reviewing compensation for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and skill

Responsibilities

• Machine teardown and rebuild
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to go into an electrical panel and diagnose problems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics
• Basic PLC knowledge is a plus, but not required

Equipment You'll Work With

• Large variety of industrial equipment
• Presses ranging from approximately 30-ton to 400-ton
• Spot welding equipment
• Welder fixturing
• Robotic welding
• Mostly Allen-Bradley controls
• Some Siemens

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma/GED
