Description

Confidential Property Management Company is hiring an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Alexandria, Virginia. This position pays between $22 and $25 an hour, DOE.

This position requires participation in a scheduled on-call rotation to support after-hours operational needs.
Conduct all community maintenance work and service requests.
Must have at least one year of maintenance technician experience.
EPA and CPO preferred.
High School education or equivalent required.
