• Village Community Gardens Apartments in Rexburg, Idaho
• Black Feather Apartments in Idaho Falls, Idaho
• Rose Park Apartments in Blackfoot, Idaho

No prior experience necessary! We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

In This Role, You Will:

• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings
• Complete apartment turns efficiently and to high standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools
• Perform seasonal tasks (e.g., mowing, snow/ice removal)
• Other duties as assigned

Develop Your Skills In:

• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Groundskeeping

 What We're Looking For: 

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow through
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
• Availability for after-hours emergency maintenance calls (company phone provided)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
