Our Maintenance Technicians are invaluable members of our team, dedicated to preserving property value and ensuring prosperity for all. They keep each corner of our properties aligned with quality standards, reporting any discrepancies to prevent future issues. From walls, windows, and doors to landscaping, pools, and pathways, they keep our assets well-maintained, helping us build strong future sales relationships. The role involves proactive upkeep, internal evaluations, service calls, and external vendor supervision, all supported by modern technology for seamless communication and documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar field.

Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Comfort with technology for daily communication and record-keeping.

Strong commitment to quality standards and adherence to team policies.

Available to work a structured schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch); Friday and Saturday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, for a total of 35.5 hours per week.
