This role will follow an A Shift, 5-9 Schedule (9-hour Weekdays).\n\nRole Description \u0026 Responsibilities:\n\nThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.\n\nJob Duties: \n\n * Preform mechanical and or electrical trouble shooting on all equipment.\n * Perform routine mechanical / electrical/electronic preventative maintenance on plant equipment, on our CNC machines, Boilers, Auto claves, HVAC, General lighting, Air compressors, Hydraulic systems, Overhead Bridge Cranes etc.\n * Other duties to support Maintenance Team as assigned.\n\n\n\nThis position may be filled as either a level 3 Maintenance Technician or a level 4 Maintenance Technician. \n\nBasic Qualifications for level 3:\n\n * High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience working in the Manufacturing/Production Industry as a Maintenance Technician.\n * Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance. \n * Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).\n * Experience with basic electrical/mechanical Knowledge.\n * Experience with; computer, math, analytical, and planning skills.\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications for level 4:\n\n * High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience working in the Manufacturing/Production Industry as a Maintenance Technician.\n * Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance. \n * Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR).\n * Experience with basic electrical/mechanical Knowledge.\n * Experience with; computer, math, analytical, and planning skills.\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications:\n\n * Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician. \n * Millwright mechanic with Industrial Automation experience.\n * Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.\n * Electrician: Must be licensed and knowledgeable in 3 phase and single-phase power distribution systems, motor controls, wiring and troubleshooting of such systems.\n * Working knowledge of HVAC maintenance.\n\n\n\nCompetencies for Success:\n\n * Positive individual who is willing to expand current skill set, through schooling and training.\n * Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with others at all levels of the organization.\n * Strong attention to detail and accuracy\n * Ability to multitask and prioritize.\n * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\n * Able to solve problems.\n * Willingness to meet customer needs.\n * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, diverse environment.\n * Initiative, self-starter, adaptable, and high motivation for excellence\n * High energy, results oriented, self-motivated / self-reliant, team player.\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $52,700.00 - $87,900.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $62,700.00 - $104,500.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
