Maintenance Technician -Mobile Home Park

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain clean, safe, and well-functioning mobile home communities. 

The ideal candidate will handle general repairs, groundskeeping, and day-to-day maintenance tasks while providing excellent service to residents. 

 Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic HVAC work
• Maintain Park grounds (mowing, trimming, trash removal, and general landscaping)
• Inspect and repair common areas, roads, and utility systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents
• Prepare lots and homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs, minor renovations)
• Monitor property for safety issues and ensure compliance with local codes
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
Qualifications
• Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license required
