Maintenance Technician (On-Site)

In this role, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to foster a collaborative environment while delivering outstanding service to our residents. Our Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in preserving the quality, safety, and appearance of the community, directly contributing to resident satisfaction and retention.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community for all residents.
• Apply your troubleshooting expertise to respond promptly and professionally to a variety of residential service requests.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, pools, and building exteriors.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to create a community residents are proud to call home.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC systems, and building exterior repairs.
• Strong commitment to customer service with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call schedules as needed.
• Ability to live on-site in the provided two-bedroom apartment.

Education, Licenses & Certifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) along with hands-on HVAC repair experience.
