We're searching for a talented Maintenance Technician to join our Newbury Living team! Use your skills to make a real impact in the lives of our residents while growing your career with us!

Competitive pay starting at $26.00-$28.00 per hour, great benefits, supportive team environment, and ability to earn quarterly bonuses! The position available is at Fairmount Pines in Davenport.

Your new role includes:

Apartment Turnovers

Maintenance Repairs

Preventative Maintenance

Inspections

Vendor Coordination

Resident Relations

After-hours emergency response/coordination

Who we're looking for:

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

A team player with excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills

A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

3+ years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred

Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and vehicle insurance

Must pass a background check and drug screening
