What awaits you:

▪ Housekeeping 
▪ Adhere to IATF16949 work instructions
▪ Adhere to ISO14001 work instructions and training 
▪ Read and follow all job related work instructions.
▪ Observe & follow all safety procedures and 
guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to 
self and other employees. 
▪ Ability to work comfortably from aerial lifts and 
elevated platforms at heights exceeding 50 feet.
▪ While greasing and oiling of machinery observe all 
moving parts during lubrication to determine 
equipment condition and identify wear.
▪ Ability to read and understand directions 
▪ Assists tradesmen in various repairs and set up of 
machinery
▪ Must have basic computer skills for work order 
entry and completion
▪ Must be able to obtain a forklift and/or man-lift 
licenses from CWC safety department 
▪ Provide own tools (personal hand tools)
▪ Rebuild on pneumatic cylinders and valves
▪ Rebuild on hydraulic pumps, cylinders and valves
▪ Assist maintaining ACS unit
▪ Daily inspections of plant and machinery
▪ Make necessary building repairs to including safety 
audit findings. 
▪ All other duties as determined by Management 

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
• Types of experience can include but not to be limited to rebuilding of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, building facilities projects, and preventative maintenance work
• Welding, machine technologies, maintenance certifications, etc. can be used towards experience requirement
• High school diploma or GED required
