Maintenance Worker - Temporary assignment

Winslow Court is looking for a reliable Temporary Maintenance Worker to join our team immediately through September 1st. You'll support the day-to-day upkeep of our senior living community — keeping things running smoothly and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs — plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry, and painting


• Complete work orders in a timely manner and document work completed


• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, common areas, and resident apartments


• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff


• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance storage areas


• Support apartment turnovers, including cleaning, repairs, and touch-ups


• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks as assigned


• Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and infection control procedures

Compensation: $18.25 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of maintenance or facilities experience (senior living or healthcare a plus)


• Working knowledge of general building systems: plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics


• Ability to prioritize multiple work orders and stay organized


• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a resident-first attitude


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift


• Valid driver's license preferred


• High school diploma or equivalent
