Management

Managers oversee daily operations in the store selling everyday items. Their responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, collaborating with vendors, ensuring that safety policies are implemented, solving customer complaints, and developing community relationships. We value leadership, supervisory skills, organization, commercial awareness, and teamwork. Retail management experience is preferred but it is not mandatory for this role.

Duties:

• Manage and lead employees
• Model behavior and work ethic for other employees
• Make the store a welcoming environment for employees and customers

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Have experience in the store
• Customer service skills
