Position Overview

The Manager supports daily restaurant operations by coaching team members, leading shifts, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely cared for. This role focuses on developing people, maintaining operational excellence, and protecting the positive culture that

makes Chick-fil-A unique.

Responsibilities

·      Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations

·      Coach and develop team members for growth and success

·      Ensure fast, accurate service and high-quality food

·      Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns

·      Maintain a clean, organized, and “tour-ready” restaurant

·      Conduct team huddles and communicate goals and priorities

·      Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and culture

Qualifications

·      Leadership or supervisor experience preferred

·      Strong communication and teamwork skills

·      Positive attitude and passion for serving others

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
