Manager

The restaurant manager oversees all aspects of the business, including customer experience and employee performance. The overall goal for the manager remains to provide the best quality possible for the guest by ensuring a strong, fully-functioning restaurant. Managers must perform human resources and operational duties, including recruitment, scheduling, counseling, strategic planning, problem-solving, and implementing change. This person acts as the contact for customers and employees alike, so individuals must work well with others, act professionally under pressure, communicate well, and multi-task. Candidates must offer availability on a full-time basis.
