If this is YOU\u2026keep reading!\n\nEssential Functions:\n\nRoles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\n\n * Coordinate and lead all business management functions including contracts, pricing, proposal development, accounting, program planning \u0026 financial control, financial planning and program scheduling\n * Provide financial business analysis and reporting with the ability to clearly communicate with senior management as it relates to financial program status and analysis.\n * Drive cost and schedule management teams to achieve on-time deliverables supporting the business cadence with a heavy emphasis on earned value requirements and data analysis.\n * Translate cost inputs into a financial forecast that incorporates sound judgement and top line adjustments to provide accurate assessments for the AOP and future planning.\n * Coordinate cost and schedule analyses and preparation of reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon cost and schedule parameters and government cost control guidelines.\n * Collaborate with the program office and risk manager to ensure timely and accurate risks and opportunities are included in the financial projections.\n * Spearhead the EAC integration with program business areas to ensure month to month alignment.\n\n\n\nThe successful candidate must have a proven track record in a matrix organization leading a diverse team as well as the ability to promote the professional development of the business management workforce, fostering a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around ethics and integrity, employee engagement, affordability, innovation, value growth and continuous improvement.\n\nThe candidate will maintain the highest level of commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics. The position requires some travel to customer and other off-site locations.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited university and 9+ years of related Aerospace Industry experience, or a Masters degree and 7+ years.\n * 4+ years\u2019 experience in US Government contracts along with 2+ years of Leadership experience, either leading direct reports or integrated product teams\n * Experience in Earned Value Management\n * Experience briefing executive leadership in financial matters\n * Experience with all aspects/phases of Business Management in developing and managing financial goals and overseeing monthly financial reporting\n * Experience coordinating and leading a business functional area (i.e., Contracts, Cost \u0026 Schedule, Pricing \u0026 Estimating, Compliance, etc.)\n * Ability to translate, review and analyze data\n * The ability to travel 10+% of the time\n * Active Secret Security Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Master\u2019s degree and 9+ years of related aerospace industry experience\n * Direct experience in multiple aspects of business management (cost, schedule, pricing and estimating and FP\u0026A)\n * Working knowledge of financial business systems: ERP (preferrable SAP S/4 Hana), EVMS (COBRA) and BI Tools (Power BI)\n * Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and associated Federal Contracting Regulations with the ability to apply sound judgment to proposal strategy, contract formation and customer relationships\n * Strong analytical skills including emphasis on variance analysis\n * Working level knowledge of the Strike program \u0026 Manufacturing Operations\n\n\n\nWe offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly inclusive environment! Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
